Andrea Anders

Anders, who was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin but now lives Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She graduated in 1993 from DeForest Area Highschool located in DeForest Wisconsin. Then in 1997 she earned her Bachelor of Arts at The University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. She graduated in 2001 and graduated with a Master of Fine Arts from Rutgers University. From 2006 until the year 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the sitcom that ended in a rerun, began dating. Sean Anders directed her in the film "Sex Drive" as well as "Never Been Thawed". Anders began her career in the theater at the age of 2001. Anders was the understudy of Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. Also, she played Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. She also appeared as a character in On the Jump at the Arena Stage, New Doors at the Guthrie Theater in addition to Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender and New World Rhapsody. Anders debuted in Fat Pig, a Geffen Playhouse production. Fat Pig ended on 1 July 2007. Anders first appearance on television was in an Dannon advertisement that ran around the mid-90s. She then appeared again around the year 2006. Anders has been a part of Joey, as Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. In both instances she was present on every episode, but the show was cancelled. Anders also appeared in guest parts in One Life to Live and Law & Order. She appeared as characters on The Guiding Light. In 2003, she was Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. Anders also appeared in minor appearances in The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders appeared as a character in Numb3rs (2008). Anders has appeared in two television pilots that were unsuccessful. Spellbound and News To Me. Anders' most recent role was Better Off Ted. This is a workplace comedy with only one camera and created by Victor Fresco and broadcast on ABC.
